A career spent in restaurant kitchens taught me the importance of using
high quality - well sharpened knives. The control, ease and sheer pleasure of
using a properly sharpened knife is wonderful to experience. As a working chef,
I became frustrated with the inconsistent quality & high prices of the local
sharpeners. After studying the craft of knife sharpening I began to sharpen my
own knives and those of my co-workers. When the time came to hang up my toque I
discoverd that my passion for knives complimented my passion for food and The
Razor's Edge Sharpening Service was born.

California, that offers fast, convenient and affordable sharpening of knives,
scissors & garden tools. My service areas includes Lake, Napa, Sonoma &
Mendocino counties.
