A career spent in restaurant kitchens taught me the importance of using high quality - well sharpened knives. The control, ease and sheer pleasure of using a correctly sharpened knife is wonderful to experience. As a working chef, I became frustrated with the inconsistent quality & high prices of the local sharpeners. After studying the craft of knife sharpening I began to sharpen my own knives and those of my co-workers. I offer 24 hour turnaround time at extremely competitive pricing. Onsite sharpening by hand is also offered for professional kitchens.
